Simpled is a personal assistant you reach by text message. This page explains what it keeps and why.
What we keep
Your phone number and email address; the messages, photos and voice notes you send Simpled; what you ask it to remember; reminders you set; and records of what it did for you. If you connect an app (for example StepGenie), we keep the access that app gives us, encrypted. When Simpled uses the web for you, it works in a browser kept just for you; if you sign in to a site there, that browser keeps you signed in so Simpled can come back to it.
How it's used
Only to run your assistant: understand your messages, reply, remember your preferences and do what you ask. While Simpled is in beta, the small team that builds it can read conversations to fix problems and improve replies; nobody else can. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who helps us
An AI model provider (Anthropic) processes messages to write replies. Photon and Apple carry iMessage, Meta carries WhatsApp, Composio connects the apps you link, Resend sends our emails, and Supabase and Amazon Web Services store data, run the service and host the browser Simpled uses for you.
Your choices
You can ask Simpled what it remembers about you, and you can ask us to delete your account and everything stored with it.
